  • We Research Lenders To Find The Best Mortgage For You
    We take you through the mortgage research process in a clear and transparent way, explaining which lender matches your requirements best and telling you why other lenders are rejected.
  • We Give You The Figures
    Based on how much you are going to borrow, we give you a breakdown on monthly costs, including protection (if requested). This figure is not guaranteed as interest rates fluctuate on a daily basis. You can contact us by email, phone or call in if your circumstances change.
  • We Tell You About All The Other Bits
    We explain all the expenses of buying a home, including mortgage arrangement fees, solicitors/disbursement costs, types of valuation/surveys as well as stamp duty and estate agents fees. We can recommend a suitable solicitor and surveyor if you need us to. 
  • You Find The Property
    Once you have chosen a property, we recommend a further meeting or discussions with us to finalise your borrowing and protection requirements, based on the most up-to-date research.
  • We Process Your Mortgage Application And Deal With The Lender On Your Behalf
    We manage your mortgage, from application through to offer and completion. We deal with the paperwork and all the communications with your lender. All you need to do now is plan your move!
  • How To Pay For Our Advice
    A fee of 495 is payable at the completion of the mortgage and Neil Soundy Financial Services Ltd will retain the commission received from the lender or agents for arranging the mortgage.
